Ordering and Delivery
Our products can be ordered by contacting our sales team by telephone, by logging on and browsing our website and using our online ordering service, or by visiting our showrooms. No matter which method you decide to use, you will be assured of a prompt and professional service from our staff. We can despatch your order to almost anywhere, or you may simply choose to collect from our showroom.
We carry quite an amount of stock of our most popular items and these can be despatched usually on the day of order. Many items on our website are handmade to order and because of this may come with a lead time. Please check each product for its expected delivery time.
If your order contains a mix of products with different manufacturers lead times, they will be despatched together in one consignment unless you particularly request a part shipment. The despatch date will be determined by the product with the longest delivery schedule. You may wish to place separate orders if one of your chosen products has a longer estimated delivery schedule than others.
We despatch orders on weekdays only, excluding bank holidays. If you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email when you place your order. Then when it is despatched you can expect an email providing you with despatch & tracking information.
